Back pain is very common. And obesity or being overweight is probably even more common... Especially when we talk about people over 40. So very often the 2 problems co-exist. And not only they co-exist, they compound each other.
You see, back pain may stop you from doing many types of physical exercises so therefore, it makes it difficult to exercise enough to burn calories and start losing weight. But since you struggle to lose excess weight, that adds more stress to your spine and makes your back pain worse. It's a vicious cycle. So how do you break this cycle...
