It is essential for us to understand we have come from the Lord and have entered this world by following a certain path. In order to know and understand this path, meditation (tapasya) is important. Once we are able to understand the path taken, we can then back track and go back home to the Lord. In the process of acquiring this divine knowledge there will be many evil forces that will try to prevent us from attaining the desired goal. If this be the case, then stand firm and do not deviate from the goal at hand. If for some reason you cannot overpower these evil forces then arise and seek help from the proper individual(s).
