Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a transformative tool for spiritual awakening and healing. It facilitates deep self-discovery, allowing us to access our inner wisdom and innate healing abilities. By diving into past life experiences and uncovering the root causes of physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances, QHHT promotes profound personal revelations and the release of traumas. This holistic approach to healing creates a greater sense of harmony and well-being, supporting the journey toward spiritual growth and enlightenment.
In this episode, Amy shares all about QHHT, its origins, and the potential it holds for spiritual awakening and self-healing. She discusses boundaries, why being alone is important, and how her childhood helped mold her into who she is today. Amy is a Reiki master, Sonic Reiki, a sound vibrational healer, and a QHHT level-2 hypnosis practitioner. She began her career in physical therapy, specializing in lymphedema therapy, where she integrated Reiki into her practice before the onset of COVID-19. Following the pandemic, Amy shifted her focus to holistic healing, becoming a certified Reiki master.
