Lila works hard to create trans-inclusive and equitable spaces in the outdoor industry.
Sitting down with Lila was an eye opening experience. They really enjoy the difficult conversations and I could not imagine a better person to sit down and talk about all of this with. Thank you Lila for coming on the show and for your patience and knowledge.
