🌟 Pain to Find a Happy Brain 🌟 For the past 15 days, I’ve been creating content because I needed it, and I was hoping you needed it too. Yes, even to have a happy brain, you need help, tips, and techniques. This show focuses on positive, uplifting things, but sometimes, I need those tips myself. So, I recorded 15 days of content, even on days I didn’t feel like it. I shared wisdom from some of our amazing guests who have given their time and effort to help us make our brains a little happier. You don’t always feel good.
