Sugar and processed foods are having lethal effects on global health. Professor Robert Lustig has for decades led the fight against the impacts of manmade 'food' on us. He is Professor Emeritus of Pediatrics, at the Division of Endocrinology of the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
