In this episode we speak to Justin and Christian from Autonomic Coaching, we delve into the connection between the gut and hormones.

Autonomic coaching goes a long way toward successful implementation of a health protocol, utilising objective tools such as:

1. Coca pulse testing

2. Basal temp medium analysis

3. Glucose: Fasting and postprandial

4. Heart rate variability
