Black Sexual Assault Awareness Week Day Four!
Dr. Yulinda Renee Rahman aka Doc YuRoc, founder of Heal On Purpose Inc. celebrates Sexual Assault Awareness Month by instituting for the first time Black Sexual Assault Awareness Week!
An official week of Sexual Assault Awareness Month will be dedicated to the lived experience of Black people to bring awareness to the prevalence and impact of sexual trauma on and within the Black community!
Candace "Coach Felyne" Liger and I are pulling up to discuss the lived experiences of Black queer folk and the sexual stereotypes that they often contend with at the harm it causes!
This short episode introduces the concept and will be further explored during the Live Series taking place on the nonprofit's Instagram page @healonpurpose.inc.
