Whether you are working with the land or working with people, permission can be a contract, an opening, or a closing. Abby offers an exercise where you can check to see if you have given yourself permission to relax! For we often don't give ourselves permission for things that we expect to come easy to us. We explore the many layers and levels of permission, and as usual we open a coversation which warrants further discussion!
