Serge Jaimes - Vigaray, a Health, Fitness & Wellness Coach and founder of the Positive High System originally from Maui, Hawai'i shifted his lifestyle into fitness and positive mindset from negative self-doubt, comparison to others, and partying. He developed the Positive High System mission. He shares his journey in becoming a health and wellness coach with an inspiring mentor and he now resides in Sacramento, California. His goal is to help others, especially parents who are high performing professionals look & feel their best mentally & physically so they can enjoy their lives with their loved ones! Everyone has a superpower. He relates to people and makes them feel comfortable. His compassion for others enables him to thrive as a coach. He is vulnerable about how he can feel overwhelmed and his process to change his mindset.

People can discover how to adjust and reframe their mindset. He noticed that people pursuing their wellness journey in the gym can feel they aren't good enough and deal with self-doubt and worry they will revert to how they were. He discusses that the positive high system involves a holistic approach elements of mindset, knowledge, nutrition, movement, restoration, and community. These six things nourish each other. He identifies how to utilize the 5 R's for your wellness: recognize, realize, reframe, reaffirm, and then release. Explains how to apply the 5 R's if someone is dealing with anxiousness. Great tips to guiding oneself to have a positive shift in your life thus creating lasting memories with your loved ones.
