This episode is about how we can make so many excuses as a decoy for feeling like we're not doing a good job but the truth is sometimes they are just excuses and sometimes they are true adversities. Regardless of which of the two, how you are right now, what you are right now is a unique individual, perfect, confident and able to do things and be you under any circumstances because there is only one you. You are unique just as you are so it doesn't matter if it's an excuse or an adversity blocking you the point is to be yourself not somebody else and especially not who you think others expect you to be but be yourself and people will find the value in who you are right now just as you are. While you're on this journey always strive to make yourself better so you can always be the best version of who you are
