When something happens to you that you don't like or someone treats you poorly, do you find this is one of your thoughts?
Do you find yourself saying it to other people when describing what happened?
If so, you are certainly not alone. It is natural and very common. But just because something is natural and common doesn't mean it's helpful or healthy.
