We are mixing things up a little bit here at Her Wholeness! Today is the first of a series we will be publishing about organic food. We will be culminating the series with an interview with an organic farmer! We will also be publishing a second episode every week on Fridays that will focus on other domains that make up our wholeness. So look for a new episode now published on Fridays as well.
In part 1 of our Organics series, Courtney leads us through a discussion about what is required to be certified organic. We talk about the normalcy of getting our food from the grocery store or supermarket and how that has evolved over time. We also discuss some organic farming practices, which help to get more minerals into our produce, and henceforth into our bodies, and how that differs from conventional farming. This is a shorter, but still dense episode! Let us know what you learned by tagging us!
