Join us for today's episode where we discuss the meaning and purposefulness of the Dirty Dozen and the Clean Fifteen (also linked below). We discuss the challenges of buying organic - including cost and availability. This is another reason why the Dirty Dozen and the Clean Fifteen are so helpful. At the end of the episode, Courtney teaches us how to wash our produce using either a baking soda bath or a vinegar bath. And she also teaches us WHY this is helpful.
We are leading up to our culmination of the Why Choose Organic series, which will be an interview with an organic farmer. We are excited to get the behind the scenes story on why choosing organic is so good for the physical health domain on our wholeness dashboard.
We hope you take something valuable away from today's episode and this series as a whole (see what we did there? ;) ). Let us know what you have learned so far by connecting with us in one of the ways below!
