There’s a reason that George Lucas and Steven Spielberg set Indiana Jones in the post-World War I era. It’s because those were the days of high adventure.
It was right after the Great War and the while the world would eventually get smaller, there was plenty of swashbuckling left to do.
China was still mysterious, Africa was still unknown, and the world of aviation was in its infancy.
Heck, barnstorming was still a thing.
So today we look back on a time of action and adventure. Flyin’ Jenny, today, on Hero Obscura.
