Explaining ourselves can be important, at times, but as high achievers we may be compelled to do this beyond times when it’s helpful. To add insult to injury, we can often overthink how we can or should or did explain ourselves to others, sometimes beating ourselves up in the process. In this episode, I’ll discuss how to decide if you really want to explain yourself, and if you do, how to do it without overthinking causing yourself additional anxiety and worry.

I hope this episode helps you, friend!

Wishing you freedom to live the life you want, despite anxiety,

Katy
