How are the Lego people able to make such accessible, funny, yet smart movies? With Will Arnett carrying on his role as Batman from The Lego Movie, The Lego Batman Movie remains within the same universe, but also incorporates every previous Batman film, and even all the obscure, C-list villains from the comics. With wonderful direction from Chris McKay, a witty script, and excellent voice acting from the likes of Michael Cera, Zach Galifianakis and Rosario Dawson, we look into the jokes of Lego Batman and wonder how a spoof cartoon can be more respectful to its sources then the big budget live-action films.
