Contains spoilers!

For this Halloween Horror Saturday Special we look at a lesser known Wes Craven classic 1988 film The Serpent and the Rainbow, based on the book by Wade Davis. While the zombie genre may be over saturated, this film takes a different look at the idea by going back to it's Haitian voodoo roots and the horror of actually being turned into the walking dead. Starring Bill Pullman, Zakes Mokae and Cathy Tyson.
