One of the things we've noticed over the years is that the more connected we are online, the more lonely we tend to become in our real lives. And when we're lonely in our real lives, we have a harder time pushing past our fears - both personally and in our businesses. In today's episode, we share a number of the fears we both experience (or have dealt with in the past). We start by discussing the fears we feel when we send emails, pitch clients and interact on social media. We also talk about how we navigate around our fears in order to network and connect with new people. It's not always easy. In fact, this episode will show you we still don't always feel good in these situations, but we continue to work through it. This conversation is incredibly vulnerable, as we asked each other big questions that required us to dig deeper into finding out what we are truly afraid of. The answers surprised even us. As you're listening, remember there's a difference between good fear and bad fear, and knowing the distinction between them is vital to being successful. Most of our concerns are never validated, they're simply fears that try to hold us back. But every time you do something that scares you, you grow and can see what you're capable of.
