Scotty has a special crossover episode this week with his guest Amelia Ampuero. She's--of course---the cohost of his other podcast, The Weirdest Thing.

Amelia is joining Horror from the High Desert to talk about the works of filmmaker Mike Flanagan--specifically his four acclaimed Netflix limited series: "The Haunting of Hill House" (2018), "The Haunting of Bly Manor" (2020), "Midnight Mass (2021)," and "The Fall of the House of Usher" (2023). Scotty and Amelia also speculate a bit about the rumors that Flanagan might take on Stephen King's "The Dark Tower" now that he's moved over to Amazon.

SPOILERS ABOUND for for ALL these shows, especially "Midnight Mass" and "The Fall of the House of Usher." Don't say we didn't warn you!!
