As it gets 🥶 chillier out and the seasons are changing, we tend to see the same types of recipes out there. Personally, I don't want someone to just keep recommending brussels and sweet potato. I love them, but it's time for some CLEAN, easy, high protein, and dairy free recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack.

We will go through SIMPLE recipes that meet this criteria

-25 Mins or less

-Minimal ingredients

-Minimum 10-15g protein PER serving

-Dairy free

-Great for meal prep

In this episode we will also cover substitutions and ways to add in even more protein to these winter recipes!
