Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Her therapeutic skills lie in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing stress/anxiety, mood issues, family and relationship concerns, lack of direction/life indecisions, self-esteem and body image issues, disordered eating, perfectionism, and emotional/physical fatigue or confusion.
