Logan is the Director of Fitness Education for Fitness World Canada and Director of the British Columbia Personal Training Institute. They have been a coach, trainer, instructor & fitness leader for 23 years. For the last 4 years, they have been a fitness educator as a Master Instructor for PPSC, TRX, Trigger Point & Hyperice. Logan is also a former varsity & pro soccer athlete (goalkeeper).
