Hi, I’m Helen Marie, therapist, author and your host of the “I Don’t Think We Talk Enough About’ podcast. Welcome to the final episode of season one.
Today I’m thrilled to share this conversation I had with Nicola Elliot, founder of Neom Wellbeing, where we dive into wellbeing and the importance of sleep. Nicola has worked with the top researchers and experts in sleep to devise the 11 Golden Rules of Sleep practice. And she shares it here with us today. It’s wonderful. In fact, 94% of people who followed this plan saw their sleep improve in just one week. I learned so much and as someone who is passionate about her 8 hours of sleep I was surprised about what I learned - I think you may be too.
