Growing up is realizing that resting is so much deeper than napping our taking a break. In today’s episode we talk about refueling our tanks in a more impactful way and how being intentional with the process can keep us refreshed from day to day. I hope by the end of this episode you take time to think about what your body needs and develop an intentional plan - a map - for making your day or week more balanced. Take control of your life and with what you can… take control of how you’re consumed.
