Being vulnerable is not always easy as it means giving someone the power to destroy us and at the same time, trusting that they wont. Being vulnerable is very much necessary as it's the birthplace of authentic joy, belonging and love. To achieve this however means that we must realise/understand and be comfortable with the fact that we are not perfect.
