Today's episode challenges you to think a little differently as I share a vulnerable experience in real time. So many thoughts & emotions have surfaced the last few weeks that I am only beginning to understand.

My grandfather fought Parkinson's for over 15 years & I am running in memory of him in January 2025. I am raising $2,000 for the Michael J Fox Foundation who is searching for a cure for Parkinson's.
