Does fear, overwhelm, procrastination, and the unknown hold you back from doing the thing? Personally or professionally, many of us experience resistance in different forms. And usually, we let this resistance, the negative thoughts or limiting beliefs, hold us back from going after our dreams.
In this episode, I challenge you to look resistance in the face, accept it, and take the first step. If you don't take the first step, there is no change, there is no trial or error, there is no success or failure. "If your not doing the scary, then you are not learning or growing".
