  • I want to specify here that today I have made a transformation in my language. My audience didn't understand complete English so I have created this important episode in Marathi.

  • First we will see how to create curd in a traditional way?
  • In my childhood my mother was making curd with very different methods. There were big yards. In the corner of it they are making small pit of 1 to 2 feet. Adding dried cow dung to it. Then creates fire of it and keeping fresh milk in the earthen pot to heat it. To shut it they were using a big iron basket as a lid. Milk can heat throughout the day. Then in the evening that milk creates good cream in the earthen pot. Pure ghee also floating on the milk. Color of milk becomes completely pink color. Spreading delicious smell all over the home. Taste of that milk we never forget throughout the life. Guest from cities were coming to drink that milk.
  • This milk was using to create curd. Curd also creating in the earthen pot. Adding 50 gm curd to the warm pink color milk and keeping it in the swing like ''Shinkal'' It was remaining very nice. No any germs enter in it. It gives complete calm and cool feeling.
  • HOW TO CREATE CURD TODAY?
  • Keep the milk for heating on medium gas. Never heat it on full of gas. Now when it will become warm then add 50 gm of curd to it. Keep it for 1 day. Best type of curd will create.
  • Benefits Of CURD :
  • If the kid has been suffered from dysentery then give them upside water of curd. It will give immediate relief.
  • Curd increases ''SHUKRA DHATU'' gives power to the muscles.
  • If we will drink curd with honey it will remove cough. It increases apetite, removes weakness, removes acidity, maintain digestion properly. Removes vatta, cough and pitta.
  • Eating curd with Moong dal is very beneficial. The person who is weak, and having VATA has to eat curd of Indian cow ghee.
  • Eating curd with old Jaggary is keeping away to you from Vatta. It can increase Veerya, blood volume feels completely satisfied.
  • Dysentery, weakness affected people must have to eat this Dahi.
  • WHY NOT EAT
  • Avoid to eat curd everyday. The curd which is not made perfect must have to avoid.
  • PRECAUTION TO EAT CURD
  • The person who is eating curd in the wrong way may be suffer from temperature, blood acidity, herpes, skin disease, anemia, a lot of Jaundice, fatness sex diseases , diabetes, etc.
  • Irritations, blood flow from body , acidic, disease , flu, cough and cold, asthma, cough related diseases, temperature, arthritis, some skin diseases due to blood impurity, loss of appetite has to avoid eating curd.
