Bas Bertrand is the sound designer and technical sound designer for Deliver Us Mars, from KeokeN Interactive, released in February of 2023. Deliver Us Mars is a story-driven, third-person narrative/puzzle science fiction game. It is one of my favorites of the year so far, and it's a sequel to Deliver Us The Moon. You can get it on Playstation, PC, and Xbox.

In this episode we will discuss technical sound design vs. sound design, foley work, linear vs. gameplay sound design, creating sound and music for games in school, advice for game jam development, science fiction sound design, and much more.
