Tomas Sala is the developer of The Falconeer (2020) and the upcoming Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicales. Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles is a 3D sandbox set in an organic open world that acts as a canvas for your chaotic creativity. The "evolving demo" is currently available on Steam and I very much enjoyed it.
