Matt is an integrative counsellor and grief support worker. He is a qualified teacher and has over 20 year’s experience of working in the education sector.
Having taken the courageous steps of having taking therapy himself many years ago, he has retrained and is now applying the skills he has learnt to help others.
During the show we will talk about the counselling services he offers and how he supports people overcome the issues they face.
We’ll also talk about alternative resources available to people in helping with their mental health and a range of other interesting topics.
