Brian Benson is a certified life coach, consultant and speaker. He is a master connector, student of leadership and has been interviewing entrepreneurs, CEO’s, athletes and other successful people for the past few years.
The content from this podcast was found in a book called "What motivates me. put your passion to work." By: Adrian Gostick and Chester Elton. They interviewed over 85,000 people at their jobs and found 23 top motivators for them. Some of them include: challenge, fun, friendship money, creativity, developing others, empathy, learning, ownership, pressure, purpose, problem solving and teamwork.
Brian and Mike took the top 10 they enjoyed the most and broke them down and shared stories from others and their own experiences of when they were motivated by one of these 10.
