What is a Positive Birthing Experience? No, it's not a drug-free, vaginal delivery. This conversation with Kathy Kitzis (Doula, CalmBirth Educator + Massage therapist) will empower women to be their own advocate during labour. She will share her struggle on post natal depression, how she overcame it, and what tools women can add to their toolbox to prepare for the emotional and mental rollercoaster. I wish someone had told me this when I was pregnant. This is not a medical conversation. Talk to your doctors and midwives about the medical stuff.
