This week on the podcast is a meditation all about transition and the spring season. It’s with this time of year, that everything enters a state of renewal and this can directly speak to our mentality. Especially in tough times, a tangible experience of a new start can be tremendously helpful. Nothing in nature is ever really final, for it begins anew every season, recycling last year’s debris into rich compost in which to grow something else.

Please consider leaving a review online if you happen to enjoy the episode, helps me reach more people and spread the practice of meditation.

I truly appreciate each and every one of you who listen to and take something away from this podcast. Until next time and with love, namaste.
