My personal meditation practice consists almost solely of Japa meditation. So on this weeks podcast episode I take you through a complete rundown of the practice: what it is, how to practice it and an introduction to the world of mantras. It is such a wonderful practice that I have connected with very deeply since first being introduced to it over a year ago. If this is your first experience with Japa, I hope this serves to be a good stepping stone into the practice and piques your curiosity.

I also have a FREE Japa Meditation Journal available down below as well if you are looking for a resource for your own practice.

Please leave a review on iTunes if you happen to enjoy this episode, helps me reach more people and spread the practice of meditation.

I hope this episode finds you well and I thank you for allowing me to share it with you.

Namaste.
