This is the second interview in a 3 part series on the 'Into Stillness' podcast with my greatest mentors in life to celebrate the release of my new complete course ‘Meditation 101’. On this episode of the podcast I am truly blessed to have on Lauren Eckstrom! She is the very first yoga teacher in my life that really inspired me to dive deeper into the practice and eventually to become a yoga teacher myself. On this episode we discuss the role of the teacher, how becoming a mother has affected her meditation practice, the vipassana experience & much more.

Please check her out on instagram (@laureneckstrom) and also check out Inner Dimension TV for a complete online yoga experience! Brought to you by Lauren and Travis Eliot (@realtraviseliot). I truly hope you enjoy this episode of the podcast. I am pretty new to interviewing and was definitely a little nervous. Coming up next we have a conversation with Dylan Werner!

If you are interested in my brand new course on meditation, you can purchase MEDITATION 101: How to Build & Deepen Your At Home Practice right now on my website!

If you live in Hamilton, ON or the surrounding area and are interested in private yoga & meditation sessions, contact me!
