June is Men's Mental Health month and I always want to bring awareness to this because I feel like men tend to get left out or "forgotten" about these days.
For instance, the doctors called me for a mental health check but never even offered advice on where my husband could go or checked in on my husband. So, listen in as I share how my husband handled postpartum last time verses this time and how we have been navigating it as a family.
