The Nevers - Episode 1 - Pilot - At the turn of the century something strange is going on in London and Amalia True and Penance Adair work together on rescuing and protecting the Touched, a group of people who have just recently developed powers. Fighting against an oppressive government and a crazed woman called Maladie, True and Adair use their powers to protect the innocent and discover why these power exist. We review the first episode and enjoyed it quite a bit. Going through the episode we discuss the various actors and actresses as well as the action and well written dialog. Controversy surrounds this show as creator Joss Whedon was involved (but not any longer). We feel that so many people were involved in this series that it would be unfair to boycott the series because of one man's actions. The show is worth checking out. Thanks for listening.
