Join me this week as I explore the reasons why businesses would hire someone like me and what it's been like for me to act as an advisor, co-creator, collaborator, and even a cheerleader, always striving to be honest, truthful, upfront, and direct.

Being an intuitive or psychic advisor often comes with misconceptions. People expect us to know everything and anticipate every situation. I've heard the jokes countless times, and now I can't help but give an eye roll when someone asks, "Shouldn't you have known I was calling?" The truth is, while we all have intuition, I don't spend my entire day searching for what might happen. I have other responsibilities and focus on the human element of life. After all, who wants to be "on" 24/7?

However, hiring someone who has developed their intuition can be incredibly beneficial. They can cut through ego-driven issues and provide insights that help guide the best course of action. But let me make one thing clear when I work with someone: I emphasize that they are responsible for their own choices. I'm not here to be a guru or put myself on a pedestal. Instead, I want them to believe in themselves. It might not be the best business model, but I genuinely aim to work myself out of a job. My intention is to empower individuals, help them discover their own intuitive abilities, and eventually only be needed for periodic check-ins or tune-ups.

In this podcast, we'll explore various aspects of business and entrepreneurship. It's not just about having a traditional business; our homes and personal lives are also our business. So, even if you don't currently have a business, there will be valuable insights for you here. I'll also discuss why hiring an intuitive advisor can be a game-changer.

We'll also explore the importance of team building, not just as a superficial exercise but as a means to cultivate empathy and emotional intelligence within the workforce. By focusing on these qualities, we can foster trust and create a workplace where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued.

So whether you're an entrepreneur, a business owner, or someone seeking personal growth within your career, join me as we navigate the world of intuitive advising, hiring the right people, and building successful and harmonious teams. Together, we'll challenge conventional wisdom and discover new paths to corporate and personal success.
