I'm Excited to have another insightful conversation with Regan Forson Hypnotherapist with the Newton Institute. (website address) The conversation we're going to have today is about using the word "YOU".
Many of us throw the word "YOU" around so much that we can lose who we are if we listen and take on other peoples’ perspectives. This can be especially challenging if you are in relationship with a perfectionist or narcissistic type person – or work for one. It is sad how the "I" that we are gets lost as we walk in life. Then on the flip side when told "YOU" did a good job we may not know how to take it.
