Cash flowing rental properties are what we are all after. If you buy enough quality rentals you will never have to work again and that is the goal. If you work for passive income or cash flow and not a check or a job you will change your life just like Cindy did. Cindy is on a quest to buy 100 rental houses in Jackson, MS in less than 5 years and is well on pace to do it because she bought over 30 rentals last year alone in her second year in the business.Cindy has a great story and is an inspiration to many who are looking to be landlords and successful real estate investors. To buy over 30 rent houses in a career for most people would be enough but she did it in a year. She is already financially free from the cash flow or passive income from these rental houses
