Wayne Sheaffer and his partner Tom Olson run a massive real estate company in Indiana where they are literally doing a deal a day. They run an office with around 30 employees and are wholesaling houses, flipping houses, and doing rent to own. They have a special program which they call their ATK, active turn-key, or houses that they have learned to maximize and profit on with every step of the sale of a house. They are primarily wholesaling houses and are doing so virtually in multiple markets. In order to wholesale this many houses, they put in a total of over 150,000 offers in 2016.Wayne has been a part of thousands of real estate deals and is an inspiration to us all.
