We have a great guest today! We are going to talk about the evolution of the business with Cassandra DeHaas. I knew her when she started a business with her partner RJ. They run Titanium Investments together. They have taken DFW by storm lately; they have branched out, doing a lot of different things in the business. In this episode, we are going to talk about how they started out as GC company, saw the power in becoming real estate investor and them evolving from wholesaler to landlord and finally rehabber. You need to understand that you grow your business step by step and you go through more advanced strategies as you go along. Cassandra and I talk about how they did this because now they are running a very successful business and I think that you will be impressed with all that you will hear today.
