What a powerhouse Ellie Waters is! We learned loads about how to take charge of ourselves and the support that we need. Ellie was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of cancer aged 14 and her treatment led her to be forced into early menopause. In this episode, we hear not only about her experience but maybe more importantly how proactive she has been in dealing with early menopause. Searching for information and ultimately creating it with Dr. Louise Newson.

Her POSITIVITY is infectious!

This episode’s Donna ASHWORTH poem is Take Charge Ladies. Her book ‘To the Women’ is available on Amazon.
