We loved talking to our guest this week Michelle Heaton all about her early Menopause experiences. We cannot imagine what it must have been like parenting a baby and a toddler and going through the Menopause. She talks so openly and honestly and we are so grateful for that as that is what we are all about. Listeners should note, Dr Khan has now answered our question about why anti-depressants are prescribed for the Perimenopause - thanks Dr Khan. Michelle's book Hot Flush, Motherhood the Menopause and Me and is a must-read for people going through early menopause - either forced or naturally.
