You can't really talk about mental health without discussing one of the most ubiquitous portrayals of mental illness in film: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. For this episode, we watched The Aviator (2004), a movie about the life and madness of Howard Hughes.

He was a wealthy filmmaker, aviation innovator, and avid womanizer, and we had plenty to discuss... as this is a nearly three hour movie.
