We all have this illusion of a “perfect life” created inside our heads where there’s no sadness, failure, sorrows, no losing a loved one, no hatred, no job loss, no problems. We all have this notion that everyone’s watching them. After all, everyone’s watching everyone’s life, right? But then what happens when that notion of perfect life shatters? What happens when we’re not ok, when we’re completely low and hopeless, filled with negative self-talk, negative emotions, and thoughts when we’re losing motivation to be productive, completely lost, and feeling shitty. What happens then?
