Luke’s story.
“I am half Spanish, half English born and raised in London. As a young adult finding it extremely difficult to find my purpose I was working a management job which was not helping me reach what I see as my potential, I learnt a lot from it being in charge of people at my pub, then turned to life coaching through a friend recommendation and took 2 courses which really helped me to craft my active listening skills and being able to ask thought provoking questions, which has led me to create my own business called Kingston Coaching to help people build a bulletproof mindset whilst becoming self-aware of who they are.
I had to overcome a lot of personal battles and am very far away from what I see as my vision, but I strive to improve myself at least 1% each day to become the best version of myself and remove the glass ceiling we put on ourselves.”
