She founded Sharon Morrissey Mediation Services in 2016 and holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution. With over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Family Support, Sharon is skilled in Applied Social Care and Systems Mediation. She believes that conflict is a natural part of human interaction and helps individuals regain control of their emotions and choices.

Sharon is also the author of "That's Not My Ending!", a book that provides insights into how changes in the family dynamic impact children. She is a member of the faculty at BRDGES Academy, a global e-learning platform for conflict resolution professionals. Additionally, Sharon is a lecturer in private colleges, teaching subjects such as Understanding Conflict and advanced mediation theory and practice.
